Free your Neck

Yoga is how I express myself. It is the first thing I want to do when I wake up. I recently learned Mandala Namaskar. A simple vigorous practice designed to focus on imbalances in the body. I have been practicing many kinds of yoga. I am interested in the point of cooperation between these forms and an ability to remain neutral and adapt to different styles. Like a dancer auditioning someones’ choreography. Rather than let my practice be a reaction, or my life, always doing something positive or negative I will strive for neutrality.

Yoga is how I express myself. Its the first thing I want to do when I wake up. Yoga consistently motivates me. I am working on an Expanded Heart Breath Vinyasa. I just learned Mandala Namaskar and have beeen interested in approaching Yoga and everything else from a position of neutrality. I have always felt I had to do something positive or negative in reaction to the world around me. Neutrality has caused my energy to be conserved. Welcome to my practice. Namaste Emily
